How you carry out your move with us
Home inspection
During an on-site consultation, we take an inventory of the furnishings. Based on this, we create a quote that takes your individual needs into account.
Place the order
If you are satisfied with our offer, simply confirm it with your signature. Then send us the order together with a copy of your passport.
Schedule the appointment
Once the formalities are settled, we find a suitable date for your move together with you and order the containers for your goods.
Packing & loading
Right on the agreed date, our movers arrive to carefully pack and load your goods. The transport time from Germany to Korea is 8 weeks by sea freight.
Insurance cover
To protect your goods optimally, mark on the packing list all items for which you would like to take out damage insurance and state their value.
Customs documents
So that everything runs smoothly at customs, our partners prepare the customs clearance documents for you on site and bring your goods safely through customs checks.
Delivery
For a smooth handover of your goods, our partners on site arrange an appointment with you and deliver your goods on time to the new address.
Damage claim
In the event of damage to your goods during transport, report the damage to us within one week, accurately documented, and receive a quick reimbursement.
